How do I book a court?
You can easily book a slot by:
- Visit the official booking page of 112 Arcadia by clicking here.
- Enter your name and verify your mobile number via a secure OTP.
- Choose the date you wish to play.
- Select your preferred court and available time slot.
- Verify your reservation details on the summary page.
- Finalize the transaction and confirm your slot by completing the secure payment.
- You will instantly receive an SMS confirmation containing your unique Booking Summary Link.
Your slot is secured.
We look forward to seeing you on the court.

What kind of courts do you have?
We house Kutch’s largest Pickleball facility with six international-standard synthetic courts. These are professional-grade surfaces designed for optimal grip, consistent bounce, and joint protection.
Do I need to bring my own paddle and balls?
While you are welcome to bring your own, 112 ARCADIA provides premium paddles and pro-standard balls for use, ensuring you always play with the best equipment.
Can I reschedule or cancel my reserved slot?
We aim to provide a flexible booking experience while ensuring court availability for our entire community.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please follow the professional protocol below:
- Visit our dedicated refund & cancellation page by clicking here.
- Enter your reservation details and verify your identity via a secure OTP.
- Select the specific time slots you wish to release and confirm your cancellation.
- Once confirmed, the refund will be initiated back to your original payment source.
Policy & Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled slot time.
- Requests made within 6 hours of the booking are ineligible for a refund as the court has been exclusively reserved for you.
- A nominal 5% transaction fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover gateway and processing charges.
- While we initiate refunds immediately, please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
