Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

To ensure fairness and the availability of our exclusive court times for all members, bookings are eligible for a refund only if cancelled at least 6hours prior to the scheduled start time of your play session.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the booking will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. This policy allows us to manage court availability and maintain the quality of service for our valued community.

Refund Process

Should your cancellation meet the eligibility criteria, your refund will be promptly initiated back to the original payment method used for the booking.

Please be aware that while we process refunds swiftly, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. The exact timeline can vary depending on individual financial institutions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
